1, confirm the pump type
According to the customer site process to determine the type of water pump: customers need to use the pump in the acid and alkali neutralisation liquid spray, circulation, first we can determine the Division I can use the pump: Mabel MK acid and alkali self-priming pumps, MIT acid and alkali tank vertical pumps, MD acid and alkali tank vertical pumps as well as MZ acid and alkali centrifugal pumps.
2、Determine the pump material
According to the type of media, temperature, concentration to determine the pump material: customer site water is mainly: acid and alkali neutral liquid (PH: 9); temperature of 35 ℃ room temperature, the main medium for thirty-five per cent of sodium hydroxide.
According to the medium of PH acidity and alkalinity, temperature and concentration, we recommend the customer pump material selection: FRPP.
3, determine the pump power
According to the actual head flow to determine the power of the pump: the customer needs the actual head of the pump 6M, the actual capacity of 35m³/h, so we recommend the appropriate pump power: 3.75KW.
4、Determine the specific model
Determine the specific model according to the customer's other requirements: the customer requires the pump to achieve sustainable idling, vertical installation outside the tank with rain cover requirements.
