The composition of electroplating wastewater is very complex, in addition to cyanide-containing (CN-) wastewater and acid-alkali wastewater, heavy metal wastewater is a potentially hazardous wastewater category in the electroplating industry. According to the classification of heavy metal wastewater containing heavy metal elements, it can generally be divided into wastewater containing chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), cadmium (Cd) wastewater, copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), gold (Au), silver (Ag) and other wastewater. If the wastewater is discharged into the natural water body, it will cause serious pollution to the ecological environment, and can threaten the human health, triggering the consequences of carcinogenicity, teratogenicity and mutation.
1, confirm the type of pump

According to the PH acidity and alkalinity of the medium, temperature and concentration, we recommend the customer pump material selection: PVDF Teflon material.
3、Determine the power of the pump
According to the actual head flow rate to determine the power of the pump: the customer needs the actual head of the pump 8M, the actual capacity of 25m³/h, so we recommend the pump power: 3.75KW.
4、Determine the specific model
Determine the specific model according to the customer's other requirements: the customer requires the pump to reach the idle, horizontal ground installation, corrosion resistance requirements.
