　　1, the reason: motor reversal (new machine), the first time the installation is good, because the motor wiring with the power supply wiring, it is not easy to distinguish between the wiring position, so it will lead to wiring errors, resulting in motor reversal.

　　Check method: after the installation of the magnetic pump, the instantaneous start, and open the switch, immediately close, through the motor back cover to observe the fan steering, clockwise rotation indicates that the wiring is correct, counterclockwise rotation indicates that the wiring is wrong.

　　Solution: use a screwdriver to open the motor junction box, adjust the wiring direction.

　　2, the reason: bottom valve clogging, the pump in the process of running, the inlet has a certain suction, may inhale large solids, resulting in insufficient water intake, impeller rotation will cause gas-liquid mixing sound, noise sound.

　　Inspection method: check whether there is liquid blockage in the inlet pipe.

　　Solution: Clear the inlet foreign matter and see if the noise is clear.

　　3, the reason: the inlet pipeline leakage, inlet pipeline leakage, will lead to the pump body inhalation of air, and accompanied by the phenomenon of liquid leakage, resulting in insufficient water intake in the pump, the impeller rotation will cause gas-liquid mixing sound, noise sound.

　　Checking method: check whether there is any liquid leakage in the inlet pipe.

　　Solution: a, flange screws loose; b, imported by Ren, ball valve is not tightened; c, the import pipeline is not installed, pvc glue less playing, pp is not fused well; d, imported pipeline cracking

　　4, the reason: impeller inhalation of foreign objects, the inlet is not equipped with a screen, easy to inhale solids, due to the narrow internal structure of the pump body, therefore, the inhalation of foreign objects, it is easy to cause the impeller stuck, or running eccentric, resulting in friction between the impeller and the pump wall, the formation of noise, generally such in the noise is more dull.

　　Check method: after stopping the machine, open the front cover of the magnetic pump to see if the impeller is stuck with foreign objects.

　　Solution: clean up the debris in the pump, check whether the pump impeller is seriously worn, rupture and other phenomena. If necessary, you can replace the impeller.

　　5, Reason: bearing noise, motor internal bearing because of lack of oil, or long time in the high temperature of the place of work and other reasons, resulting in bearing damage, resulting in sharp and ear-piercing noise.
