1, the reason: motor reversal (new machine), the first time the installation is good, because the motor wiring with the power supply wiring, it is not easy to distinguish between the wiring position, so it will lead to wiring errors, resulting in motor reversal.
Check method: after the installation of the magnetic pump, the instantaneous start, and open the switch, immediately close, through the motor back cover to observe the fan steering, clockwise rotation indicates that the wiring is correct, counterclockwise rotation indicates that the wiring is wrong.
Solution: use a screwdriver to open the motor junction box, adjust the wiring direction.
2, the reason: bottom valve clogging, the pump in the process of running, the inlet has a certain suction, may inhale large solids, resulting in insufficient water intake, impeller rotation will cause gas-liquid mixing sound, noise sound.

Check method: after stopping the machine, open the front cover of the magnetic pump to see if the impeller is stuck with foreign objects.
