The rotational speed of chemical magnetic pump is closely related to other performance parameters. A certain rotational speed will produce a certain flow rate, head, corresponding to a certain shaft power, when the rotational speed changes, other performance parameters will also change. The pump is designed according to a certain speed. Therefore, the supporting power plant should meet the operating conditions of the pump, but also with the pump speed.
1. Failure of chemical magnetic pump itself
Loosening of the fastening nut of the impeller and pump shaft or deformation and bending of the pump shaft, resulting in the impeller moving more, directly rubbing the pump body, or bearing damage, may reduce the speed of the pump.
2. Reduced efficiency of motor maintenance
Motor loss of magnetism due to winding burns, maintenance of the winding turns, wire diameter, wiring changes, or maintenance of the fault is not completely eliminated, will also change the speed of the pump.
3. Human factors
Some users because of the original motor damage, resulting in small flow, low head, or even no water supply, and arbitrarily install another motor
4. There are debris in the pump chamber of the non-leakage chemical magnetic pump, which will be entangled and lead to a reduction in the rotational speed of the impeller.
